• Race-alert subscriptions: your email address and chosen city, used only to send the race alerts you asked for. Unsubscribe links are in every email.
• Form submissions: what you type into the event, club, and contact forms (including your email so we can reply).
• Basic analytics: aggregate page-view data to understand which calendars matter to runners.

What we never do

• Sell or rent your personal information.
• Email you without a subscription or a message from you to answer.
• Publish anything from a form submission without review.
